1.0 Job Responsibilities

  • Update and properly maintain database in Control Management System (CMS)
  • Enter and update the schedule for the following day of the week in the CMS on a daily basis.
  • Monitor trips and ensure timely arrival with live vehicle tracking. Call driver to verify location, ETA, and send notifications via CMS to inform passengers of updates.
  • Liaise with operations executives to coordinate driver schedules and collaborate with the Group IT department to resolve issues and enhance the CMS.
  • Liaise with drivers to provide traffic updates to customers through a WhatsApp group chat or CMS notification.
  • Create and manage customer PIN requests in CMS, and provide response. Submit weekly/monthly client reports.
  • Any other duties as assigned. You may be assigned additional tasks beyond your regular duties.

2.0 Education / Experience

  • Min SPM (equivalent to Singapore O level)
  • At least 2 years of working experience
  • Familiar with Microsoft Offices (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in Written and Spoken English and Mandarin
  • Ability to multi-tasking and good team player
  • Self-motivated and able to work very independently
  • Need to able to converse in Mandarin due to nature of need to communicate with the Chinese-speaking customers.

3.0 Working Conditions

  • 5-day week (rotation)
  • Days: Monday to Sunday
  • AM Shift 1: 0500 1400 = 9 hours
  • PM Shift 2: 1400 2300 = 9 hours
  • Meal/refreshment breaks: 1 hour
