Senior Web Developer

Overview

As a Senior Web Developer at ANTlabs, you will play a pivotal role in leading the development and maintenance of our web-based applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our business objectives and exceed user expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end development of web applications, from concept to deployment.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and other relevant languages.
• Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior developers.
• Assist less-experienced team members with complex problems.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.

Requirements:

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science or relevant field
• Minimum 7 years of experience and proven success as a Senior Web Developer
• Web development experience with Apache, MySQL and PHP in a Unix/Linux environment
• Interest in web usability and interactivity, including use of JavaScript, DHTML, CSS, AJAX
• Knowledge of web application technologies, including HTML5, SOAP & XML
• Experience with Payment, Content Management, Advertisement or Reporting System integration preferred
• Experience with the Symfony framework is preferred
• Foundation in TCP/IP networking and protocols, including HTTP
• Strong skills and interest in programming
• Understanding of security practices
• Ability to work well within a team.
• High sense of ownership of task assigned, deliver work with high quality and efficiency.
• Troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms
• Leadership experience preferred.
