Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant with strong sales experience within the engineering and mining sector. The successful candidate must be able to work in a highly demanding and diverse role. The role involves the following:

Roles and Responsibilities

• Business development
• Reviewing applications, managing interviews and considers Candidates and shortlists
• Negotiating fees with Clients
• Clarifying and negotiating salary and benefits relating to the role
• Establish relationships with existing clients
• Headhunting, identify and approach suitable candidates
• Use marketing and business knowledge to establish new clients
• Place adverts on various job portals

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 5 years recruitment industry experience within the engineering  and mining sector
• Excellent communication skills
• Be able to work independently
• Be eager to learn and handle
