Role Overview

We are looking for a Volunteer Administrative (Admin) Executive to support the daily operations of BRIA. The Admin Executive will play a key role in helping our committees stay organised, managing essential documentation, and ensuring smooth communication across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation and organisation of internal documents, reports, and meeting notes.

  • Support scheduling and coordination of meetings for BRIA’s committees and Board.

  • Maintain and organise BRIA’s digital filing system (e.g., Google Drive).

  • Ensure proper documentation of attendance, meeting minutes, and action items.

  • Assist with email correspondence, follow-ups, and reminders to volunteers.

  • Work closely with the Admin and Executive Leadership Committees to ensure alignment with BRIA’s governance standards.

Requirements

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.

  • Basic experience or interest in administrative tasks (professional or volunteer).

  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) preferred.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively (3 hours per week).

  • Fluency in Portuguese and/or English (both preferred).

  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to supporting a growing non-profit organisation.
