Are you an experienced programme manager looking to oversee community projects? BRIA is seeking a PMO Manager to ensure timely and successful delivery of our initiatives and build stronger connections between Brazil and Ireland.

Role Overview:
The PMO Manager will manage the execution of BRIA’s programmes, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet the organisation’s objectives. This role involves overseeing project timelines, managing risks, and working closely with the PMO Director to ensure smooth delivery. The Manager will lead project teams, coordinate efforts, and implement best practices in project management. It’s a hands-on role suited for experienced programme managers who can manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage BRIA’s projects and events.

- Work closely with the PMO Director and teams.

- Track progress, timelines, and risks.

- Implement project management best practices.

Requirements:

- 3+ years in programme or project management.

- Strong organisational and leadership skills (Portuguese and English).

- 3 hours/week commitment.

- Experience with project management tools, especially Monday.com.
