Design Manager (Civil)

Overview: Head civil design for sustainable wastewater structures/tunnels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop BIM/hydraulic designs; DSD approvals.
• Value engineering; geotech integration for caverns.
• Tender support; sustainability focus.

Minimum Requirements:

• MHKIE (Civil or equiv.).
• 10 years civil project design.
• 5 years sewage/water treatment design.

Desirable (Full-Score Bonus):

• 14 years post-qual in civil design for treatment works.

Reporting & Location: Reports to Design Director; HK office-based.

The Client A Top-10 global contractor (Fortune Global 500 parent) and one of the most active international players in Hong Kong infrastructure. Long track record of delivering complex EPC and DBO projects locally (airports, caverns, water & wastewater schemes) with a strong focus on sustainability and NEC collaboration.
