• Energy Efficiency & Sustainability Initiatives
• Risk Management & Regulatory Compliance (ISO 55001, PAS 55, GACAR 139)

 Who Were Looking For

 Mid-Level Professionals

• 510 years of experience in FM, engineering, or asset-intensive industries
• Proficiency in asset management systems (IBM Maximo, City Works, GIS)
• Experience in preventive maintenance, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement
• Ability to lead small teams and manage projects

 Senior Specialists & Leaders

• 10+ years of experience, with at least 3 in strategic asset management
• Proven leadership in municipal or aviation infrastructure projects
• Expertise in ISO compliance, lifecycle planning, and capital investment
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
• Chartered status or membership in IAM, CIBSE, IET preferred
