The Role
As a Healthcare Trainer, you will lead the development and delivery of comprehensive training programs, ensuring all staff members meet regulatory standards and best practices. Your key responsibilities will include:
Care Certificate Delivery: Conducting training sessions for new and existing staff, focusing on competency assessments and care plan development.
Life-Saving Skills: Providing expert training in First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS), including CPR.
Program Development: Updating and creating training materials to reflect the latest industry regulations and policies.
Evaluation & Compliance: Assessing staff competencies, maintaining accurate training records, and evaluating program effectiveness for continuous improvement.
What You Bring
Experience: 2–3 years of experience delivering training within the care sector.
Qualifications: Qualified to deliver the Care Certificate and certified in Train the Trainer and First Aid/BLS.
Skills: Proficiency in staff competency assessments, risk assessments, and care planning.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate diverse groups of learners.
