We are searching for a driven, ambitious and experienced Partnerships Manager to join the London Team of a specialist Performance Marketing Client.

The successful Partnership Manager will grow publisher relationships, drive commercial opportunities, and support both UK and international partnership strategies. You will mentor Partnership Executive(s), manage publisher portfolios, and play a key role in commercial discussions and cross-team initiatives like content commerce.

This is a great step for someone with strong experience in partnerships or affiliate marketing, ready to grow and develop skills in a role with a clear progression pathway.


What You Will Do


  • Manage and mentor Partnership Executive(s)
  • Support UK & international partnership projects.
  • Own key publisher relationships and growth plans.
  • Lead commercial discussions and identify new revenue.
  • Recruit and onboard new publishers.
  • Act as UK liaison for Content Commerce initiatives.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyse data, and optimise performance.


What Were Looking For

  • 3-4 years experience in affiliate, performance, or digital marketing.
  • Proven relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with international stakeholders/partners.
  • Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making.
  • Clear communicator, confident presenter, and team leader.
  • Ambition to step into a Senior Partnership role alongside a clear career progression pathway
