Job Title: Sales Manager - Hotels & Serviced Apartments
Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead their sales efforts for hotel and serviced apartment offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality sales, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth and establishing lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for hotels and serviced apartments.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and relationship building.
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships to maximize repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns that drive bookings.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent the brand and generate leads.
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with potential clients.
- Train and mentor junior sales team members to enhance overall team performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales within the hospitality industry, preferably with hotels and serviced apartments.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
