Job Title: Sales Manager - Hotels & Serviced Apartments

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead their sales efforts for hotel and serviced apartment offerings. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for hotels and serviced apartments.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and relationship building.
  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships to maximize repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns that drive bookings.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales within the hospitality industry, preferably with hotels and serviced apartments.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
