Commercial Manager Facilities Management – Saudi Arabia 

Salary: SAR 22,000 basic per month

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial function for assigned contracts, ensuring effective financial and contractual management.
• Develop, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements to support business growth and operational delivery.
• Partner closely with operational teams to assess risks, resolve issues, and maximise commercial value.
• Analyse financial data, prepare reports, and ensure commercial compliance with internal standards and client requirements.
• Support new business pursuits, pricing development, and bid governance.
• Maintain accurate commercial documentation and ensure contract alignment with business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience resolving complex commercial issues through strong negotiation and influence.
• Demonstrated ability to lead commercial processes, manage costs, and protect business interests.
• Solid understanding of contracts, terms & conditions, risk management, and financial analysis.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic insight.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced, service‑driven environment.

Compensation

• Basic salary: SAR 22,000 per month
