Compensation:

  • Base Salary: MOP100,000 110,000/month (USD150,000 165,000/year)
  • Bonus: 30% annual discretionary bonus + company shares (50% of bonus value, 3-year vesting)
  • Housing Allowance: MOP20,000/month
  • Benefits: Comprehensive medical coverage (team member & dependents), provident fund (5% company match)

About the Role

We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Executive Director of Food & Beverage to lead the fine dining and signature restaurant portfolio. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of luxury dining in one of the worlds most iconic integrated resorts.

What Youll Do

  • Lead with Vision: Define and execute a bold F&B strategy aligned with Michelin and Forbes standards, while pushing boundaries with non-traditional, lifestyle-infused concepts.
  • Be Present: Maintain a strong floor presence to coach teams, resolve guest concerns, and uphold impeccable service delivery.
  • Drive Innovation: Spearhead new restaurant openings, menu development, and cross-functional initiatives that set new benchmarks in luxury dining.
  • Deliver Results: Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor partnerships to ensure seamless execution of high-impact projects.
  • Leverage Insights: Use data to refine menus, optimise operations, and enhance marketing strategies.
  • Build Talent: Attract, develop, and retain top-tier talent, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and excellence.

Who You Are

Were looking for a passionate, entrepreneurial leader with a floor-first mindset and a deep understanding of luxury hospitality. You might be:

  1. A Hotel Group F&B Executive with Michelin-starred restaurant GM/Manager experience, eager to return to hands-on operations and elevate service in a large-scale resort.
  2. A Director from a Renowned F&B Group with multi-outlet oversight, entrepreneurial instincts, and a coaching mindset ready to scale excellence across a complex operation.

Preferred Background:

  • 10+ years in F&B leadership roles, including Michelin/Forbes-rated venues
  • Experience in integrated resorts or large-scale hospitality environments
  • Asia experience preferred; Dubai or Las Vegas backgrounds welcome
  • Strong grasp of global F&B trends, sustainability, and luxury guest expectations

Education & Language:

  • Secondary school diploma required; bachelors in F&B management preferred
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin/Cantonese a plus

 Package Details:

  • Monthly base salary at MOP100,000 – 110,000 ( USD150,000 – 165,000 per annum )
  • Annual discretionary bonus target at 30% of the annual base salary ( paid before Chinese New Year ), plus company shares at 50% of the cash bonus earned ( granted at end of Q1, vesting in 3 years )
  • Monthly housing allowance at MOP20,000
  • Benefits including medical insurance coverage for Team Member and dependents, provident fund scheme ( contributions from the Team Member and the Company, each at 5% of the monthly base salary )
