Job Summary:
Our Client are seeking an experienced Technical E&M Manager to oversee the electrical and mechanical systems maintenance and repair for shopping mall projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, implementing cost-saving measures, and maintaining high standards for safety and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all electrical and mechanical maintenance activities for shopping mall projects, ensuring systems operate efficiently and reliably.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the life of equipment.
  • Coordinate and supervise repair works, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular assessments and inspections of E&M systems to identify and address potential issues proactively.
  • Work closely with contractors and service providers, ensuring the quality and timeliness of all maintenance and repair work performed.
  • Analyze operational data and implement cost-saving initiatives related to E&M systems, focusing on energy efficiency and resource optimization.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for maintenance and repair activities, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.
  • Collaborate with project management teams to integrate E&M considerations into new developments and renovations.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of maintenance activities, repairs, and audits for compliance and analysis purposes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to continuously improve maintenance practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in E&M management, preferably in commercial property or shopping mall environments.
  • Strong understanding of maintenance and repair processes for electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Proven experience in implementing cost-saving measures and improving operational efficiency.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for project management and maintenance tracking.
  • Relevant certifications in E&M systems management are a plus.
