Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate construction with consultants and subcontractors.
  • Support Project Manager in administration tasks.
  • Resolve project-level issues and liaise with subcontractors.

Requirements

  • 3+ years (PC) / 6+ years (SPC) site experience 
  • Strong coordination, supervision, and knowledge of contracts.
  • Independent, pressure-resistant, and proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
  • Good written and spoken English and Chinese.
