Project Manager for Hotel Fitting Out Projects

One of the leading construction and engineering companies in Macau is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a dynamic team of young professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional hotel renovation and fitting-out projects for top-tier clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of hotel renovation and fitting-out projects, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
• Manage renovation works, alterations and additions (A&A), maintenance, and repairs.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Lead project meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in project management, specifically in hotel renovations and fitting-out works.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, A&A, and maintenance activities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Relevant degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Chinese.
• Possession of a Macau ID is an advantage.
