Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organised Receptionist to join clients team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all visitors and will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and professional image for their company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner

- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments

- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

- Schedule appointments and meetings for employees

- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying

- Keep track of office supplies and place orders when necessary

- Assist with organizing company events and meetings

- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Professional and friendly demeanor

- Fluency in English 

- Must be a Saudi National
