We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Operating Room (OR) team. This position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality care in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Job Summary
As an Operating Room Registered Nurse, you will:
- Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate patient care in the operating room, gastroenterology lab, and other perioperative services.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure positive patient outcomes and the delivery of patient-family centered care.
- Provide direct and individualized nursing care, utilizing scientific principles and applying best practices to a wide range of health conditions.
- Participate in committee activities, surveys, and improvement initiatives to continuously enhance the quality of care.
- Adhere to the standards of the Texas Nurse Practice Act and maintain a professional, safe, and efficient work environment.

Qualifications
- Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing (AD) required.
- Licenses/Certifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN)
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required before initiating patient contact.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required within 90 days of hire.
- NIH Stroke Scale certification required within 90 days of hire.
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) or ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course) required within 6 months of hire.
- Experience: No previous experience required; training will be provided.
- Skills and Abilities:
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to handle confidential patient information with integrity.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
