Facilities Managers

Position: Facilities Manager

Location: Makkah, Saudi Arabia

We are currently seeking experienced and highly motivated Facilities Managers to join our team in Makkah. As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of our facilities in Makkah, ensuring they are in optimal condition and meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures in line with company standards and regulations.

- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all facilities, including buildings, equipment, and systems.

- Manage the budget for facility maintenance, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented.

- Supervise a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a safe working environment for all employees and visitors.

- Liaise with external contractors and vendors for the procurement of services and supplies.

- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify any maintenance or repair needs and take appropriate action.

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or issues related to facility management.

- Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities, expenses, and contracts.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve facility management processes.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Saudi National with a valid ID and work permit.

- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, preferably in a supervisory role.

- Strong knowledge of building systems, equipment, and maintenance processes.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software.

- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.

- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
