Our client, a digital growth agency with one goal in mind: driving exceptional is looking for an Account Director who is ready to take the helm and guide a portfolio of clients toward unprecedented success.
What you'll do:
- Leadership
- Lead the strategy for your accounts ensuring we hit our clients targets & exceed
- expectations.
- Drive team excellence, fostering an environment that sets the bar higher.
- Motivate your team to craft ground breaking work in all delivery aspects.
- Account Operations
- Manage all day-to-day requirements of your accounts.
- Create & improve ways of working with your clients & your team.
- Create & manage key projects & timelines ensuring smooth on time deliveries.
Client Services
- Take charge of client relationships & be the daily point of contact.
- Develop insightful account plans, driving communications and results.
- Keep clients informed about our initiatives and industry shifts.
- Manage priorities for yourself & your team.
- Reporting
- Track & manage the performance of all of your clients & keep them updated on their
- campaign performance.
- Be able to breakdown complex data into simple human terms for our clients to
- understand.
- Send Weekly Update videos to our clients (our preferred method of communication!)
Who they are seeking:
- You have 4+ years in a Client Services role within an agency.
- You possess a robust grasp of social-first strategies including planning, creative, and data
- insights.
- You understand the essentials of effective project management.
- You have a track record for maintaining, cultivating, and scaling client accounts.
- You're dedicated to elevating the client journey and nurturing long-term relationships.
Key Outcomes
- Successfully manage a growing portfolio of 8+ clients.
- Campaign Performance: On average, hit 80% of your clients target every single week.
- Team Development: Build and lead a high-performing team within the first six months.
- Innovation and Integration: Introduce at least three innovative strategies or tools
- annually, derived from external best practices.
