Position: Physiotherapist Grade 2

Location: Regional Victoria, AU
Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time
Salary Range: $90,235.60 - $103,724.40

++Relocation support: Intrastate (over 100kms) - up to $2,500, Interstate - up to $5,000, Overseas - up to $8,000

++Accommodation Support: Up to $350 per week up to 10 weeks; or 10 weeks interim Accommodation (if available)

About the Role

As a Grade 2 Physiotherapist, you will work autonomously, managing a diverse workload in predominantly home-based settings. You'll empower clients to maintain independence and wellbeing, with no nursing home work. Join a multidisciplinary team including Dietetics, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Podiatry, Social Work, and Speech Pathology, supported by Allied Health Assistants.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver person-centred physiotherapy services in home and clinic settings across a regional area
  • Collaborate with clients, carers, and families to provide practical solutions for independence and safety
  • Advise on walking aids, strength, mobility, and balance, and develop home exercise programs
  • Deliver group programs to support client goals
  • Develop care plans to help clients remain active and independent in their community
  • Work with a diverse range of clients and health conditions
  • Participate in student training programs and service development/quality improvement initiatives

Who Were Looking For

  • Qualifications: Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) or equivalent, with eligibility for membership of a professional association
  • Registration: Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
  • Skills: Knowledge of physiotherapy service delivery in home, group, and community settings
  • Advocacy: Ability to liaise and advocate across health and community care systems
  • Licence: Current drivers licence
  • Experience: Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Sponsorship: Suitably qualified candidates eligible for employer-nominated sponsorship (ANZSCO 252511)
