Operation & Maintenance Manager

Overview: Direct long-term O&M for large-scale STW (tertiary level).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage ops: compliance, maintenance, emergencies.
• KPI reporting; efficiency (sludge/effluent).
• Team leadership (50+); sustainability audits.

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree (Civil/Chem/Elec/Mech/Env Eng or equiv.).
• 10 years post-qual exp.
• 5 years Plant Manager for 40k m³/day STWs (secondary/tertiary).
• Candidates must already hold the right to work in Hong Kong (HKID / dependent visa / permanent resident).

Reporting & Location: Reports to Project Manager; plant-based (NT).
