Construction Manager (Civil)
Job Description:
Construction Manager (On-site civil works supervision)
Overview: Supervise civil works for wastewater infrastructure, including caverns/tunnels in land-constrained sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage site execution: earthworks, structures, drainage for STWs.
- Coordinate subs, safety, quality; NEC variations/progress reports.
- Integrate geotech/hydraulics; environmental mitigation.
- Resource allocation for 200+ workforce.
Minimum Requirements:
- MHKIE (Civil or equiv.).
- 12 years post-qual in civil contracts.
- 5 years as main contractor CM (or equiv.).
- 1 year NEC as CM or training.
- Candidates must already hold the right to work in Hong Kong (HKID / dependent visa / permanent resident)
Reporting & Location: Reports to Project Manager; full-time site (NT).
