Salary: US$115,743.29 – US$144,679.11 per year + Bonus + Benefits
Technical Competencies

Position Overview: Finance Business Partner
We are seeking an accomplished Finance Business Partner to support our overseas business units and senior leadership teams. In this high‑impact role, you will provide financial leadership, strategic insight, and robust operational support across our international operations.
You will partner closely with global stakeholders, ensuring financial compliance, strengthening internal controls, and driving performance optimisation across multiple geographies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Compliance, Controls & Risk Management
- Develop and enhance financial management systems, internal control frameworks, and compliance processes for overseas subsidiaries.
- Interpret local accounting standards, tax legislation, and financial regulatory requirements to ensure risk‑free global operations.
- Monitor and maintain adherence to all international financial governance policies.
2. International Treasury & Funding
- Lead cross‑border fund management, international settlements, and overseas financing structures.
- Strengthen and diversify global financing channels to support business expansion.
3. Strategic Business Partnering
- Conduct in‑depth financial and commercial analysis to support operational and strategic decision‑making.
- Build financial models to evaluate business initiatives, overseas investments, and market performance.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management across international business units.
4. Budgeting, Forecasting & Performance Management
- Manage full-cycle budgeting, rolling forecasts, and financial KPI monitoring for overseas entities.
- Align financial objectives with operational performance and corporate targets.
5. Specialised Financial Projects
- Design and execute tax optimisation strategies, transfer pricing frameworks, and FX risk mitigation plans.
- Lead high-value financial improvement and transformation projects across global operations.
6. Audit & Risk Coordination
- Build a financial risk early‑warning system across all international units.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure appropriate responses to regulatory changes.
Candidate Requirements
Essential Experience
- 10+ years of professional finance experience, including 2+ years in overseas financial roles or supporting global business units.
- Strong background in manufacturing, industrial, energy, or metals sectors preferred.
- Expertise in:
- International financial settlement
- Global cash & treasury management
- Multinational tax regulation
- FX risk management
- Financial systems and process development
