Salary: US$288,259.07 – US$720,647.68 + Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities
1. International Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute the organisations global expansion strategy
- Report directly to the board on performance, market entry, and strategic progress
- Drive operational efficiency, commercial success, and brand standardisation worldwide
- Shape a dynamic growth roadmap for all overseas markets
2. Global Operational Excellence
- Lead all overseas P&L, store performance, franchise operations, and SOP deployment
- Implement operational systems covering revenue, cost, profit, CX, and safety compliance
- Build scalable frameworks to ensure consistency across thousands of international stores
3. End‑to‑End Global Supply Chain Management
- Oversee international procurement, logistics, production, warehousing, and cost control
- Secure world‑class supplier partnerships and optimise supply chain efficiencies
- Guarantee product quality and delivery standards across global markets
4. International Expansion, Investments & M&A
- Identify new country entry opportunities and manage all feasibility assessments
- Lead acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and franchise development
- Conduct risk analysis, due diligence, and post‑merger integration activities
5. Global Brand Strategy & Government Relations
- Represent the organisation in international government, trade, and regulatory forums
- Oversee global brand positioning, innovation strategy, and product localisation
- Strengthen the companys presence across key global markets
6. Leadership of International Teams
- Build and mentor high‑performing multicultural teams
- Develop organisational structures for rapid international scale
- Ensure strong leadership pipelines, capability building, and succession planning
7. Global Risk, Compliance & Crisis Management
- Establish global risk governance covering food safety, geopolitical risk, and regulatory control
- Ensure full compliance with international laws, ESG frameworks, and listing requirements
- Build robust crisis‑response systems across regions
This role requires regular international travel to key markets worldwide.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Required Experience
- Masters degree or above
- Fluency in Chinese and English
- 10+ years senior leadership in multinational chains (QSR, retail, hospitality, FMCG)
- Minimum 5 years as CEO/COO/Group VP in large‑scale, multi‑market organisations
- Proven success scaling 1,000+ store networks internationally
- Strong expertise in cross‑border supply chain and global franchise operations
- Demonstrated ability to drive 30% CAGR revenue growth
- Experience leading teams across Asia, EMEA, and North America
- Strong track record in crisis management, food safety, and risk mitigation
- Alignment with ESG and long‑term corporate mission
