Rezos AI-Powered contact center leverages groundbreaking technologies in AI, ML, ASR, NLP, RPA, and predictive intelligence to transform customer experience and reduce costs by automating, analyzing customer-agent conversations across multiple channels including voice, email, chat/Whatsapp, and social media, whilst coaching them.
We are looking for a smart, outspoken and energetic Delivery Manager Analytics (6+ years) of experience in the AI domain having very good communication skills and zeal to excel in life.
Job Responsibilities:
- Proven experience utilizing creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill markets.
- Impeccable communication and passion to utilize data and analytics to drive strategies and make changes throughout the recruitment process
- Collect data on cost per hire and time-to-hire and work with hiring managers to create job descriptions.
- Should have strong knowledge of recruitments on IT/Non-IT profiles
- Responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process (Recruitment Cycles)- Well versed with hiring techniques and channels
- Handling recruitment for all levels, Entry, Middle level, and Senior Level
- Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
- Conduct regular follow-ups with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
- Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
- Handling of administration and record-keeping.
- Understanding employee concerns through counseling and escalating to appropriate levels, and ensuring resolution of the concern
- Infusing motivation and energizing employees through various employee engagement initiatives.
- Should have knowledge of MS office
Skills and Competencies:
- Communication skills: Recruiters communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport, gauge morale, and source new candidate leads. They must also be able to communicate with potential job candidates.
- Interpersonal skills: Recruiters must have the ability to work with various departments on filling open positions and fostering teamwork. They must also be able to effectively deal with potential candidates.
- Decision-making skills. Recruiters must be able to review candidates applications and decide whether or not they meet the qualifications to be considered for positions.
