As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business in conjunction with the Store Manager. They will demonstrate the ability to lead naturally and set a precedent for the team. The ideal ASM has dedication to quality and investing in results that always add value to the business. This person will also be a driving force for new and ongoing sales opportunities directly impacting our growth and success.
Success Metrics:
- Within 30 days, you will have completed onboarding to learn the brands customer and the retail policies and procedures. Complete systems training and partner with Store Manager to execute visual merchandising directives.
- Within 60 days, you will begin assisting the Store Manager in recruitment and interviewing efforts for retail store associates. Assist in onboarding and training the retail store associates in preparation of store opening. Assist in hosting in-store promotional and marketing events for store opening. The store will open.
- Within 90 days, you will partner with the Store Manager to manage daily store operations and the team. Begin assisting with store reporting, creating team schedules, and providing team feedback.

Requirements:
- 1+ year(s) of retail management experience
- Experience in training and managing a team
- Strong leadership and people management skills

Salary: $43,000-$63,000
(actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law).
