Terms & Conditions for Employee Referral Program

1. Introduction

By participating in the Employee Referral Program of REST Solution Group, you agree to the following terms and conditions. The Referral Program allows employees and external parties to refer candidates for open positions within the company.

2. Eligibility

a. Who Can Refer: All full-time and part-time employees of REST Solution Group are eligible to participate. In some cases, external individuals (e.g., business partners or contractors) may also participate, subject to company approval.
b. Who Can Be Referred: Referrals must be external candidates who are not already part of the recruitment process at REST Solution Group or have not applied within the last 6 months. Current employees, former employees, interns, and freelancers are not eligible as referrals.

3. Referral Bonus

a. Bonus Amount: If a referred candidate is successfully hired and completes the required probationary period (typically 6 months), the referring individual will be eligible to receive a referral bonus. The specific bonus amount will be communicated in the referral program guidelines for each position.
b. Payment: Referral bonuses payment will be communicated in the referral program guidelines for each position.
c. Taxes: Any referral bonuses paid to employees are subject to all applicable taxes and deductions as required by law. External referrers are responsible for any tax reporting and obligations related to the bonus.

4. Conditions for a Successful Referral

a. The referred candidate must:

• Meet the qualifications and requirements for the position.
• Be successfully hired for a full-time or part-time role at REST Solution Group.
• Complete the probationary period in the role. 

b. The referrer must:

• Submit the referral through the designated process (e.g., referral portal or HR email) before the candidate applies independently.

Ensure that the referral is made in good faith and is not an attempt to bypass existing processes or obligations.

c. Multiple Referrals: 

If the same candidate is referred by multiple individuals, the bonus will be awarded to the person who referred the candidate first, based on the date and time of submission.

5. Exclusions

a. Excluded Roles: Certain senior management, executive-level positions, or highly specialized roles may be excluded from the referral program, and these exclusions will be noted in the job listing.
b. HR and Recruitment Team: Employees who work in the Human Resources or Recruitment departments are not eligible to receive referral bonuses.

6. Non-Binding Agreement

a. No Employment Guarantee: Participation in the referral program does not guarantee that the referred candidate will be hired. All recruitment decisions are subject to REST Solution Group’s standard hiring process, and referrals will be assessed based on their qualifications.
b. No Contractual Obligation: The referral program does not create any contractual obligation between the referrer and REST Solution Group, nor does it imply any right to continued participation.

7. Program Changes and Termination

REST Solution Group reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without notice. Any changes will be effective immediately unless otherwise stated. Referrals submitted prior to any change will be honored according to the terms in effect at the time of submission.

8. Confidentiality and Data Protection

a. Confidentiality: All referral information and communications related to this program are confidential and should not be disclosed to anyone outside REST Solution Group or the recruitment team.
b. Data Protection: By submitting a referral, you acknowledge that you have the referred candidate’s permission to share their contact details and resume with REST Solution Group. The referred candidate’s information will be handled according to the company’s privacy policies and applicable data protection laws.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country or jurisdiction where REST Solution Group's primary office is located, unless otherwise specified.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a referral, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
