The Global IT Programme

Following a recent decision of its global partnership, Mazars is committed to unleashing the power of

its brand through greater client centricity and enhanced operational integration. From an IT perspective, it implies the need to develop an integrated Common IT Platform and Organisation capable of adapting and supporting innovative needs of the business.

To achieve this, the Global IT Programme will deliver the IT Operating Model, Organisational Design,

Governance, and the Security needed to build the new Global IT Function which today proudly counts 250+ staff and EUR85m+ in yearly spending. It will at the same time transform the core IT services to deliver the common platforms, infrastructure, and the technology, needed to support our people and clients now and in the future.

Global IT M365 Technical Specialist

Role purpose, accountabilities, experience, knowledge, and skills

The M365 Technical Specialist is a critical role within the Workplace Product team, the role will ensure that all aspects of the platform are managed and supported including the day-to-day operational availability of the service but crucial help to drive the change program and ensure the

M365 platform is delivering the best possible productivity experience for our users.

Key responsibilities of the role:

Proven experience of supporting multiple M365 features

Troubleshoot M365 issues that advise and escalated to the M365 product team

Continuously looking for opportunities to automate or improve M365 processes especially focused to enhance our users experience of the platform 2

Proactive development on the M365 features to improve the adoption of the platform.

Be a strong advisor throughout the lifecycle of projects, use your knowledge to delivery key cadence of change for the M365 platform.

Produce and contribute to regular status updates and reports of the platform

Ensure the technical documentation is maintained and can easier be interpreted by wider

technical teams.

Demonstrate the ability to work in organisations with multiple M365 / on-premises Microsoft Services

Demonstrate the ability to engage and alise with stakeholders across a large programme of change.

Experience in M365 Management portals tools including Intune, Azure AAD, Active Directory

Clearly demonstrate experience in administration of M365 platforms

 Key Skills

It desired but not absolutely required that the ideal candidate has some of the following

accreditations:

o MS100

o MS101

o MS102

o M365 Certifications

Experience in working across various aspects of M365 supporting global operational teams

Demonstrates resilience when solving problems with others. Experience in providing service excellence in end-user support

Desired specialist SME in one or two of the M365 features (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Exchange online, Microsoft SharePoint)

Proficient in the provisioning of endpoint management (Intune)

Experience of migrating Exchange to M365

Desired, experience of managing and supporting Power platform (Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, PowerBI, PowerApps & Power Pages) & numerous services such as AI (Artificial Intelligence) Builder, Dataverse, Power Fx and other Data connectors.

Demonstrate the ability to form key relationships and collaborations with IT managers, third parties and Mazars country technical teams.

Experience with 0365 migrations and on-boarding activities. Can help streamline approaches when migrating from one tenant to another and drive adoption and user count.

Experience working in EUC teams (Desirable)

Experience working within agile and product-based structures (Desirable)

Experience with 3 rd party tooling such as Mimecast M365 backup solution and M365

delegation tooling such as Core view

Proven ability to lead technical teams

Ability to work under pressure, upholding a positive work environment while ability to set

realistic priorities
