Key Responsibilities:
- Provide knowledgeable and compassionate clinical practice and patient care coordination, with a focus on a patient-centered approach.
- Deliver care to both adult and pediatric patients, with approximately 20% of the patient population being pediatric.
- Maintain a 4-5:1 patient-to-nurse ratio to ensure quality care.
- Perform care using ventilator and arterial blood gas (ABG) equipment as needed.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to create a supportive environment and optimize patient outcomes.
- Utilize standards, guidelines, and pathways to deliver high-quality care.
- Engage in continuous quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of RN experience in an acute care setting, preferably emergency care.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; candidates with an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) must obtain a BSN within five years of employment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a caring and professional demeanor.
- Proficient in computer skills and electronic health records (EHR).
