These Terms and Conditions outline the rules for ReserveX's employee referral program ("Program"). Participation in the Program implies agreement to these terms.
- Eligibility: Current employees of ReserveX in good standing are eligible to participate.
- Qualified Referrals: A referral is considered qualified if:
- The referred individual is not a current or former employee of ReserveX.
- The referral results in a successful hire (the referred individual completes a designated probationary period).
- Referral Bonus: The Company will determine the referral bonus amount at its discretion. The bonus may be subject to change. Payment of the bonus will occur after the referred individual has successfully completed their probationary period.
- Taxes: Referral bonuses are considered taxable income. Employees are responsible for any applicable taxes.
- Modification: The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time.
