- Background Checks: You consent to the Company conducting background checks, including but not limited to, criminal history, education verification, and reference checks.
- No Guarantee of Employment: Submission of an application does not create an offer of employment or any contractual obligations on behalf of the Company.
- At-Will Employment: If hired, your employment is considered "at-will," meaning it can be terminated by either party at any time, with or without notice or cause (except where prohibited by law).
- Data Retention: The Company may retain your application materials for a reasonable period in accordance with applicable laws, even if you are not hired.
