As a ServiceNow technical architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and providing technical and functional oversight of ServiceNow solutions that align with our customers business objectives. You will lead customer interactions guiding customers on best practices to meet business outcomes. Youll have a strong understanding of ServiceNow applications.

This job is a remote job. You'll work from home with occasional need to travel onsite to customer locations in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate customer sessions to align organizational business drivers and functions to ServiceNow application capabilities
  • Lead functional and technical design of ServiceNow application deployments
  • Act as a technical architect on customer projects - coaching customers and other team members on technical best practices
  • Mentor less experienced consultants on general consulting and technical approaches to solve challenges
  • Assist in project planning activities and know-how to keep tasks moving
  • Identify additional opportunities to assist customers
  • Continuously learn market changes and application enhancements to coach clients
  • Help your co-workers succeed
  • Create and deliver client-facing collateral such as workshop presentations, function and technical documentation, etc.
  • Occasional travel to U.S. onsite customer meetings

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years ServiceNow experience in two or more ServiceNow application areas (one outside of ITSM/ITOM) designing and deploying end-to-end ServiceNow solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience
  • Experience with architecture design, development, and implementation
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to provide strategic recommendations around technical best practices and industry trends
  • JavaScript and ServiceNow skills such as flow designer, workspaces, etc.
  • Have technical architect level knowledge and experience of ServiceNow platform, key applications, and integrations
  • Previous consulting experience
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Skills:

  • ServiceNow CSA and CIS for related applications
  • Experience with agile methodologies
  • Integrations using REST / APIs
