Position Summary: We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to take ownership of our marketing function and help us scale. If you have a proven track record in B2B digital marketing within an agency environment, a talent for crafting compelling content, and the ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives, we would love to hear from you.

In this role, you will be responsible for our end-to-end marketing strategy, leading content creation, digital campaigns, and events while ensuring we build a strong presence in the UK and beyond. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with designers, partners, and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a high-impact marketing strategy that drives brand awareness and leads.
  • Own and oversee content creation, crafting engaging, high-quality copy across multiple platforms.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts, including data preparation, email campaigns and social media.
  • Plan and execute events (in-house, partner, and industry) to strengthen our brand and community.
  • Define and track key marketing performance indicators, using data to optimise campaigns.
  • Work with internal teams, partners, and designers to produce compelling marketing materials.

Required Experience:

  • Proven experience leading and executing digital marketing for a business-to-business agency.
  • Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to create engaging content for different audiences.
  • Project management expertise, working with internal stakeholders ensuring marketing initiatives are executed on time and effectively.
  • Confidence in using tools for marketing purposes such as Figma, Google Analytics, Instagram, and LinkedIn, Active Campaign.
  • A data-driven mindset, using insights to continuously improve performance.
  • Creative and strategic thinker, with a proactive approach to marketing.
  • Experience working within a customer experience, user experience, or conversion rate optimisation agency.
  • A background in building and leading marketing teams.
