Operations

Construct and deliver allocated work sections within the specified timeframe and resources. Monitor construction activity to ensure quality standards. Identify and resolve bottlenecks, streamline processes, and prioritize work. Produce schedules, supervise and train workers, and ensure adequate resources. Maintain safety precautions, oversee machinery use, and ensure expenditures stay within budget. Liaise with architects, engineers, and other professionals before and during construction. Ensure safety regulations are met, communicate with stakeholders, and improve site productivity.

Communication and Feedback

Complete allocated work sections on time and within resources. Monitor construction quality, resolve bottlenecks, and optimize processes. Produce schedules, supervise and train workers, and ensure resource availability. Maintain safety, oversee machinery use, and manage budgets. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and professionals, ensuring safety regulations are followed. Communicate with stakeholders and enhance site productivity.


Mentorship and Skills Transference

Ensure subordinates and colleagues are up-skilled through mentorship and coaching. Provide training and guidance to new employees, ensuring they receive adequate assistance.

ADHOC

Perform any reasonable ad-hoc duties as requested by management. Roles may be expanded to cover workloads of absent employees or during peak periods, at management's discretion.

• Hazardous chemicals and their proper handling and usage.
