Daily Life of a TA:
Sourcing and interviewing candidates to find the best talent for our clients worldwide
Learning the most about IT and HR consulting in order to understand how recruitment works in the IT field and how important are HR consultants to organizations
Becoming an amazing seller, as TAs sells our client's position to the candidates and the candidates' profile and expertise to our clients
Follows-up candidate's interview processes until it becomes a placement
What you need in order to be a successful TA:
Teamwork skills
Transparency
Willingness to learn and grow both personally and professionally
Presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Be ready to join a Start-up company
Advanced English level (C1)
