About the Program: Our 6-month Finding Remy internship offers a unique rotational experience, allowing you to gain insight across several departments. We provide all the necessary work equipment, a competitive salary, and a hybrid work model that enables you to learn, grow, and apply your skills in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Interviewing: Identify top global talent for our clients, from crafting job descriptions to presenting candidates to clients.
IT and HR Consulting: Learn how recruitment operates in the IT field and the critical role of HR consultants in modern organizations.
Sales: Hone your skills by selling the client to the candidates and the candidates to the client.
Final Project: Create a comprehensive working guide to Remotis Intern Culture and Workflow, filled with tips, insights, and ideas.
HR Trainee Business Partner: Dive into broader HR functions beyond recruitment and hiringthis is your opportunity to learn and explore.
What We Value:
