Summary
The Data Entry PRD Specialist is responsible for maintaining the Pilot Record Data (PRD) base, provided to air carriers by the FAA. This includes the registration of adding crew members and all applicable employee training/qualifications documentation. The Specialist will utilize several applications in order to obtain the mandated information for completing the records. Additionally, this position may assist with the research of paper records and paper filing in order to ensure the data entry is accurate while actively providing input to the company stakeholders related to the PRD.

Minimum Requirements
Combination of Education and Experience will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986. Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
Education: High School Diploma/GED
Years of Experience: Minimum one (1) year experience with airline and aviation-related documentations systems or recordkeeping/data entry and auditing experience in a similar industry.
Ability to work well with others and communicate effectively with people at all levels.
Open and flexible with scheduling.
Display a professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal skills.
Ability to manage work time efficiently in order to complete data entry by desired due dates.
Proficient in the use of Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office Products.
Proficient in the use of data entry systems.
Able to maintain confidentiality when exposed to personnel records.
Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (high visibility clothing, ear protection, safety glasses, face mask) when required.
Preferred Requirements
Associates Degree and/or equivalent work experience.
Job Duties
Handles the administration and data entry of employment and training records for Allegiant pilots into the FAA Pilot Record Database (PRD).
Acts as an “Authorized Contributor” for Allegiant when utilizing the PRD for record keeping.
May verify in several systems the regulatory required documents as well as any/all required licenses, permits, and certifications for data entry completion.
Tracks and monitors the entries to ensure all employees are registered into the PRD.
Conducts as needed quality control checks for all entries of training records by reporting and/or self-audits and will not accept with errors, lack of information, etc.
Records and maintains training history including recurrent training when qualifications are completed for all employed pilots for Allegiant.
Participates and provides feedback to stakeholders during the implementation including any necessary UAT (user acceptance testing) as the PRD expands.
Updates and prepares paper and electronic records as needed for accurate data entry record keeping.
Updates PRD with employment status such as terminations, name changes, etc. when applicable.
Other duties as assigned.

Office - While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, see, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, key board, printer, and phone. May be required to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 20 lbs. May be required to work various shifts/days in a 24-hour situation. Regular attendance is a requirement of the role. Exposure to moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phones, printers, and foot traffic), temperature and light fluctuations. Ability to work in a confined area as well as the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Some travel may be a requirement of the role.
