Data Entry and Job Creation Officer

Salary - $43 per hour

Hours: Full time hours 38 per week

Location: Berrinba

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Job Creation/ Data Entry Officer will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:

• Operating computer applications, such as a database software, to enter, record, edit and/or save data.
• Transfer data from paper formats into database systems.
• Create and manage spreadsheets with large numbers of figures.
• Create new job orders that come through the system
• Taking incoming enquiries

ABOUT YOU

We are seeking an experienced Administrator who are eager to jump into this contract and possess the following qualities:

• Previous experience in an Administration or Data entry role
• Previous experience in a government department at an A03 level highly desirable
• Proven experience with Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work within established routines and guidelines
• Carries out their assigned duties under general direction
• Proof of vaccination certificate
