About the job 100% Remote Data Analyst
The Sales Analyst plays a critical role within our Revenue Division and reports to the Manager of Digital Growth Initiatives. This position works with cross functional teams to support our sales initiatives across multiple channels: Marketing, Digital Sales, Strategic Accounts and Growth Accounts.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Analytics and Reporting: coordinate the reporting of key selling activities on a daily, weekly and monthly basis for all sales channels.
- Account Management Support: work with the account management team in supporting agent and sub-agent changes, updates and documentation tracking for contracts and licensing.
- Marketing Affiliate Program Support: support the growth and development of our affiliate channel through the coordination of reporting, partner support, fee payments and performance tracking.
- Agent Coordination: assist with the review of marketing and selling activities for our agent partners as well as the coordination of training activities and information sharing.
- Custom Group Coordination: assist account management with the tracking and reporting for custom group revenue reporting as well as renewal tracking.
- Salesforce Administration: support the utilization and reporting initiatives for our digital sales efforts.
- Goggle Analytics: responsible for monthly reporting and analysis of marketing initiatives using Google Analytics.
expectations:
- Bachelors degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in sales administration or operations
- Analytical thinker with the ability to execute strategically
- The ability to quickly pivot and adopt new ways of doing business with a customer-first focus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Proficient in Salesforce administration
- Proficient in Google Analytics
