Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Develop and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets, including advanced features like pivot tables and formulas, to support client projects.
  • Project Support: Assist in coordinating and tracking client projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data and generate insightful reports, offering recommendations based on your findings.
  • Documentation: Prepare well-organized documents and reports that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify ways to improve client processes and propose practical solutions to enhance productivity.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience:1 - 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel), Google Workspace, and other relevant tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and present it in a clear and actionable way.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients.
