Job Description:
As a Business Analyst for Business Operations Support, you will play a crucial role in managing and analyzing business data to create comprehensive reports. You will attend meetings, take detailed notes, follow up on action points, and assist the Managing Director with daily tasks and strategic initiatives. Your role will ensure clear and effective communication across teams and smooth operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analyst - Business Operations Support
- Reporting: Create and manage weekly and daily reports by analyzing data and generating comprehensive reports for key stakeholders.
- Meeting Participation: Attend meetings, take detailed notes on action points, and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Business Support: Assist the Managing Director with daily tasks, responsibilities, and strategic initiatives.
- Communication: Ensure clear and effective communication across teams, both in English and Arabic.
Requirements:
Education: University degree in Business Administration (BA) or an equivalent field.
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
Skills: Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic, strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and organizational abilities.
Work Environment: Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently.
Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of services (Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
Language: Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
