Mission
We're looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and coachable Sales Development Representative (SDR) to own outbound lead outreach, timely follow-up, and day-to-day social media and phone-based conversation starting. In this role, you'll run outreach sequences, qualify prospects, engage in rapid DM conversations on Instagram and Facebook, and use provided soft-close scripts to convert interest into opportunities. Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound lead outreach across email, Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms to generate new conversations and meetings
- Start and maintain friendly, professional, and highly enthusiastic conversations on social media to warm up leads
- Respond to incoming leads rapidly (within a strict 3-minute window) for optimal conversion rates
- Build and execute follow-up sequences to move leads through the funnel and re-engage prospects
- Utilize provided setter and closer scripts to execute soft-closes and guide prospects forward
- Qualify leads via messaging, phone-based outreach, and brief discovery questions, routing qualified opportunities to the sales team
- Manage and update CRM records, tags, and pipelines to keep data accurate and actionable (utilizing Google Suite and GoHighLevel workflows)
- Schedule appointments, confirm meetings, and manage calendar logistics for the sales team
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, message templates maintenance, and inbox triage with strong initiative
- Track outreach metrics and provide regular status updates and simple reports on activity and outcomes
- Participate actively in ongoing training, reviewing recorded calls to constantly sharpen sales and script execution
- Maintain a positive, professional, and hospitable tone in all communications (phone and text) and escalate issues or hot leads promptly
Qualifications
- Years of Experience: 1-3 years in lead generation, sales development, or social media outreach
- CRM Tool: GoHighLevel (GHL) experience is a major plus but not a deal-breaker
- Softwares: Google Suite proficiency (required), GoHighLevel, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, basic spreadsheet skills
- Industry Knowledge Required: Lead generation, sales outreach, digital marketing, and social media engagement
- Specific Gender: Female candidate preferred

- High level of proactive initiative; ability to work independently and wear multiple hats without requiring constant direction
- Highly coachable with a willingness to learn from recorded training calls and implement script adjustments quickly
- Speed and responsiveness, with the discipline to meet a 3-minute lead response standard
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional tone
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills using Google Tools
- Persistence and follow-up discipline to nurture leads through multi-touch sequences
- Comfortable starting conversations on social media and handling objection conversations using soft-close scripts
Technical Requirements
- Own PC or laptop
- Reliable internet connection (wired connection recommended)
- Noise-cancelling headset and a quiet, professional workspace
- Webcam or camera for occasional video calls
- Access to social media platforms and a browser compatible with GoHighLevel
Position Description
- Working Hours: 40 hours per week, From 5:00 PM till 1:00 AM Beirut Time (30 minutes Lunch break)
- Working Days: 5 days a week
- Days Off: Saturday and Sunday
- Work Location: Fully-remote, you can work from anywhere
- PTO (Paid Time Off): 14 days annually permitted for Lebanese national holidays (spread throughout the year). Additional time off may be requested anytime with advanced notice.
- Salary Range: Base Salary of $800 - $1,000/month + Commission paid on closed deals/converted quotes (not on appointment show-ups) + Performance bonuses.
