Remote Admin, PA & Project Coordinator (South Africa)

A UK-based fire protection and compliance company is seeking a Remote Admin, PA & Project Coordinator to join their growing team. This role is perfect for someone with experience in administration, scheduling, and customer queries who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The company specializes in fire protection and compliance services for residential and commercial properties, including fire stopping and other essential safety measures. With a team of nine and a strong commitment to excellence, they have spent over 20 months establishing their credentials in the industry.
Your Role
As the Remote Admin, PA & Project Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the operations team, ensuring smooth scheduling and communication across various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including handling inbound customer queries via phone and email.
- Schedule and coordinate site inspections, booking engineers for surveys and installations.
- Track and organize emails, ensuring tasks and queries are addressed promptly.
- Use the in-house property management system, Dwellant, to manage projects and schedules.
- Prepare and print job documentation, such as door surveys and compliance reports.
- Collaborate closely with supervisors and the wider team to keep projects on track.
- Introduce team members via email and manage call direction effectively.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within the construction or property management sectors.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in spreadsheets and other administrative tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Whats on Offer:
- Salary: £700 - £1,000 per month, based on experience (slightly negotiable).
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
- Benefits: Quarterly bonus scheme.
