Location: Remote (South Africa)
Salary: Up to R30,000 per month (depending on experience)

A UK-based property development and personal coaching company is seeking a proactive, highly organized Executive Assistant (EA) to support the founder in growing her multi-million-pound property business and expanding her reach in empowerment coaching. This is an exciting opportunity for someone skilled in administrative, client-facing, and strategic tasks, who is passionate about property development, marketing and community engagement.

Our client specializes in comprehensive property solutions, managing everything from property development to furnishing and tenant placement. She also provides mental coaching, personal empowerment programs and engages in public speaking to inspire others.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operations & Client Onboarding Support:
    • Assist the founder by handling administrative tasks, allowing her to focus on strategic goals.
    • Conduct preliminary checks on prospective clients, verifying their suitability.
    • Manage introductory calls via Google Meet, setting expectations and initiating the client onboarding process.
  2. Legal & Conveyancing Coordination:
    • Engage regularly with solicitors, legal professionals, and conveyancers to track the progress of property transactions.
    • Ensure timely follow-ups on project stages and report any hold-ups or updates to the founder and team.
  3. Compliance Oversight:
    • Monitor and ensure compliance with UK property laws, working closely with legal advisors and brokers to keep projects on track.
  4. System Implementation:
    • Set up and maintain CRM systems and other operational processes to improve efficiency and organization within the business.
  5. Marketing, Branding & Community Engagement:
    • Support the founders brand-building initiatives through social media, newsletters, and email campaigns.
    • Book and coordinate her speaking engagements, podcasts, and public appearances.
    • Manage online community engagement, helping to grow the founders influence in personal empowerment and property investing.
  6. General Administrative Support:
    • Oversee calendar management, email communication, and document preparation.
    • Act as a central point of contact with clients, stakeholders, and the internal team to facilitate seamless communication and coordination.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, with strong skills in client onboarding, legal coordination, and community outreach.
  • Skills: Technically proficient in CRM setup and management, with a solid understanding of UK property compliance and legal processes.
  • Personality: Warm, empathetic, and client-focused, confident in working closely with high-level professionals and engaging with the community.
  • Community Engagement: Experience with social media and community outreach, particularly in support of empowerment and personal coaching initiatives.
