Position: Business Development Manager (SaaS)

Location: Fully Remote within South Africa

Salary: R35,000 - R45,000 with uncapped commission

Work Model: Fully remote, permanent position. Monday - Friday, 9am 5pm (UK time), with occasional availability required to support global clientele.

We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Business Development Manager to work remotely in South Africa. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with a background in health, fitness, nutrition or sports science to merge their sales skills with an industry they are passionate about.

Our client is a rapidly growing platform that supports online health and wellness creators, enabling them to scale their businesses by offering personalized digital products. Youll be working directly with some of the top names in the fitness industry, helping them build sustainable, profitable businesses through digital training, nutrition plans, and mindset coaching.

What Youll Do:

• Build strong relationships with fitness and wellness influencers, helping them grow their online businesses.
• Guide clients through business and marketing strategies, ensuring they maximize the platform's potential.
• Provide personalized support and coaching to help clients overcome obstacles and stay on track with their business goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support campaign execution and deliver solutions to clients.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing training and support on the platforms features and tools.
• Maintain communication records and client progress in the company CRM.
• Inspire and motivate clients to take action, helping them increase revenue and impact.

About You:

• You have a background in personal training, fitness, sports science, or a similar field is desirable.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or client success within a SaaS environment.
• Experience selling products or services globally.
• You are social media-savvy, comfortable using platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok to connect with clients.
• You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Youre highly motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude, high emotional intelligence (EQ), and a passion for helping others succeed.
• Able to work international hours, have a home office setup and back up for loadshedding or power outages.
