Location: Remote (UK hours)
Salary: £550 per month
(approximately R13,000 - R13,500 ZAR based on a 35-hour work week.

Our client is a UK-based company specialising in serviced accommodation and short-term rental management. Their mission is to maximise rental income for property owners while providing guests with a seamless, high-quality experience in fully furnished properties located in prime areas.
Job Overview:
They are looking for a Reservations Lead Generation Specialist to join their growing sales team. In this role, you will connect with guests throughout their booking journey (Mid-Stay, Exit, and Post-Stay), qualify leads, and upsell additional services and extended stays. You'll play a key part in guest satisfaction, gathering reviews, and smoothly transitioning leads to the closing team. Training will also be provided to support lead closing responsibilities from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Outreach & Engagement: Make outbound calls to assess satisfaction, encourage future bookings, and upsell services.
- Lead Qualification: Identify qualified leads based on guest interactions and log accurately in the CRM.
- Upselling: Promote extended stays and premium services tailored to guest needs.
- Guest Satisfaction: Conduct check-ins with guests to resolve concerns and build loyalty.
- Review Generation: Request reviews on platforms like Google and Trustpilot.
- CRM Management: Record all guest interactions and coordinate with the Lead Closers for smooth handover.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Lead Closers and other team members to ensure seamless communication and lead conversion.
- Lead Closing Support: Assist in closing bookings as needed, with training provided from the outset.
- Admin Tasks: Carry out additional admin support as assigned to help the broader team.
- Meet KPIs: Deliver on targets such as outbound call volume, lead quality, conversions, and call standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Prior experience in lead generation, customer service, or sales ideally within short-term rentals or hospitality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Confident upselling and handling inbound or outbound enquiries.
- Highly organised with a strong grasp of CRM systems (e.g., Bigin).
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital tools.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote working environment.
- A people-person with a guest-first mindset.

Team Structure:
