Company: An innovative pensions administration firm specializing in Small Self-Administered Schemes (SSAS)
Location: Remote (South Africa)
Working Hours: UK Hours (9 AM - 5 PM BST- some flexibility)
Salary: Up to R17,000.
Are you passionate about online learning, community engagement, and delivering exceptional client experiences? We're looking for a Courses and Communities Administrator to support the creation, organisation, and promotion of online training programmes.
About the Role
In this role, you'll manage client memberships, coordinate training materials, and foster engagement in online communities where members can learn, network, and grow their wealth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage online platforms by setting up, maintaining, and updating training materials and community discussions.
- Oversee client access and maintain accurate membership records.
- Work with internal and external partners to organise and upload training resources.
- Create promotional materials, event announcements, and educational content.
- Respond to enquiries and resolve issues professionally via email, online platforms, and phone.
- Maintain CRM systems and ensure smooth processes.
What Were Looking For
- Experience using membership and course platforms (e.g., Mighty Networks, Kajabi, Podia).
- Content creation and design skills (Canva, PowerPoint).
- Video editing experience for webinars and training content.
- Social media management skills to boost engagement.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- CRM experience (e.g., ActiveCampaign) to manage clients and automate processes.
