Salary: R25,000 R26,000 per month (£1,100)
Hours: Monday to Friday UK Hours
Location: Remote (South Africa-based candidates only)
A UK-based property investment business is looking for a highly organised and proactive Admin & Operations Assistant to support its daily operations. This role is perfect for someone with strong administrative skills, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Property Admin Support: Assist with investor inquiries, send out required templates, and track property-related documentation.
- Content & Social Media Management: Coordinate with editors, schedule content, and ensure timely posting.
- Financial Admin: Assist with invoicing, basic bookkeeping (no finance qualifications required), and reconciling expenses.
- Investor & Supplier Communication: Maintain professional communication with investors and vendors.
- Operations & Utility Management: Help keep track of utilities and other administrative tasks.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience or interest in the property sector (preferred but not essential)
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Tech-savvy and able to manage online content scheduling
A fast learner with a proactive mindset
