ABA Intake Specialist

*Role: ABA Intake Specialist (Bilingual English & Spanish)*

Looking for someone proactive, sharp, and hungry to close deals. This person will be fully responsible for managing and converting all incoming leads through LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. We're not looking for someone who just answers messages, we want a closer. Someone who sees a lead and owns it from first touch to final follow-up.

*Kind of person we're looking for*

⬤ Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (written & spoken).

⬤ Sales mindset: Knows how to build rapport, handle objections, and convert interest into action

⬤ Accountability: Takes full ownership of leads and lets nothing slips through the cracks.

⬤ Organized & responsive: Can manage multiple conversations at once and knows when to follow up.

⬤ ABA experience is a bonus, but not required if they have the right communication and hustle.
