Junior Estimator

*Job Description*
We are hiring a Junior Estimator to join our team full-time. This role is perfect for someone who is dedicated, honest, and passionate about their work, with the goal of growing into a Lead Estimator position.

*What You'll Do*

• Answer calls and communicate with clients
• Review and understand construction plans and drawings
• Create and update floor plans
• Do data entry and keep project folders organized
• Help estimate construction projects, especially cabinets
• Use Bluebeam software (experience is a plus)
• Work independently and think on your feet
• Support the team with project details and tasks

*What We're Looking For*

• Experience in construction and reading drawings
• Cabinet knowledge is a plus
• Bluebeam experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Self-motivated and able to work on your own
• Dedicated, honest, and eager to learn and grow
